What Do We Do?
At ASL we produce high quality sheet metal work in a wide range of different metals, from Stainless Steel to Brass. Our true expertise lies within the fabrication of bespoke products for our customers. We are always happy to look at unique designs and ideas that our clients may have to ensure our services will be a perfect fit for the job. We have a CAD office where drawings can be imported in pdf, dxf or dwg formats which then allows us to get a good understanding of the clients design.

Profiling
We offer a bespoke laser profiling service to our customers.
Our Amada 4KW laser profiling machine allows us to offer a laser cutting capacity up to 3.0m x 1.5m sheet in:
20mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel and 5mm aluminium.
Laser profiling gives pin-point accuracy and fast and efficient production of several items at once.
Machining
We have a dedicated Machine Shop with our own machinist.
This allows us to offer an even faster service to our customers as work can be completed in-house either as part of a larger contract or as an individual machining job.
We are able to undertake all types of machining work including turning, drilling, tapping, milling and boring.
Fabrication
We undertake bespoke work for our customers as required.
Our skilled fabricators are able to manufacture items such as stainless steel balustrading, catering tables and sink units, bar tops, display shelving and free standing units, and much more!
ASL work closely with a local supplier to offer a powder coating service to suit client demands.
Sheet Metal
ASL specialise in working with stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, copper and brass.
Our laser cutting machine allows us to produce vast quantities of cut items at a time, making production time much more cost effective.
Examples of sheet metal work we can produce includes: aluminium cill sections, switch panels and guard covers.
