What is Laser Profiling?

The use of laser profiling on sheet metal is an extremely accurate process with consistent repeatability and high quality finishes. It is a process that involves cutting materials using a beam of light which is concentrated through a cutting lens. Laser profiling produces clean and smooth edges which reduces the need for additional finishing processes making it very efficient.

What Do We Do?

We offer a bespoke laser profiling service to our customers. This process gives pin-point accuracy as well as the fast production of several items at one time.

Our Amada 4KW laser profiling machine allows us to offer a laser cutting capacity up to 3.0m x 1.5m sheet in: 20mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel and 5mm aluminium.
