What is Machining?

In the metalwork industry, machining occurs when unwanted metal material is removed from the original piece as it is being shaped into its desired form. There are many ways in which this process can be performed including drilling, turning and milling.

What Do We Do?

At ASL we are able to undertake all types of machining work including turning, drilling, tapping, milling and boring. We even have a dedicated Machine Shop with our own machinist which allows us to offer an even faster service to our customers. Our work can be completed in-house either as part of a larger contract or as an individual machining job.
